Fred Schoen Fiduciary

• The Annual fees cover the day-to-day handling of trust affairs, such as:
• Asset Accountability
• Payment of bills
• Collection of income
• Distribution of income/assets
• Maintaining Quarterly statements
• There is a minimum monthly fee of $200.00
• Fees are assessed and pro-rated on a monthly basis.
• Additional reasonable fees will be charged on an hourly basis for other extraordinary services not presently anticipated
• Closing costs may apply

* This fee schedule reflects the fees of Fred Schoen, Fiduciary, but does not include the fees for required outside registered and licensed investment advisors. Also, does not include setup and closing costs

Annual Administration Fees

It is important to note that outside investment manages who are registered and licensed are required for this fee option. The hourly rates below are for services provided by Fred Schoen individually and the staff of Fred Schoen Fiduciary Services.

Fiduciary Administration Fiduciary administration will be charged on an hourly basis of:

Trust Officers	$140.00
Accounting services for Trusts	$115.00
Assistant to Fred Schoen	$105.00
Bookkeeping Services	$75.00
Administrative Assistants	$75.00
This fee schedule reflects the minimum hourly fees for guardianships with small to modest assets. The hourly fee can vary depending on the complexity of the estate. All accounts will be charged for costs advanced including photocopying, long distance charges, travel expenses, mileage, filing fees, messenger services, recording fees and the like.
