• The Annual fees cover the day-to-day handling of trust affairs, such as:
• Asset Accountability
• Payment of bills
• Collection of income
• Distribution of income/assets
• Maintaining Quarterly statements
• There is a minimum monthly fee of $200.00
• Fees are assessed and pro-rated on a monthly basis.
• Additional reasonable fees will be charged on an hourly basis for other extraordinary services not presently anticipated
• Closing costs may apply

Annual Administration Fees

It is important to note that outside investment manages who are registered and licensed are required for this fee option. The percentages below are for services provided by Fred Schoen individually and the staff of Fred Schoen Fiduciary Services. The fees are calculated based on initial and additional assets and are re-calculated on January 1st of each year.

Accounting services for Trusts	$115.00
Assistant to Fred Schoen	$105.00
Bookkeeping Services	$75.00
Administrative Assistants	$75.00
This fee schedule reflects the minimum hourly fees for guardianships with small to modest assets. The hourly fee can vary depending on the complexity of the estate. All accounts will be charged for costs advanced including photocopying, long distance charges, travel expenses, mileage, filing fees, messenger services, recording fees and the like.
