Schedule Of Fees

Annual Administrative Fees^*

The following fees are determined according to the fair market value of the assets held in trust:
.75%	up to	$1,000,000
.65%	on the next	$2,000,000
.60%	on the next	$2,000,000
.50%	on amounts over	$5,000,000

When outside investment managers (other than Mutual Funds or Annuities) are hired the total fees shall be**:
.60%	up to	$1,000,000
.55%	on the next	$2,000,000
.50%	on the next	$2,000,000
.45%	on amounts over	$5,000,000
Please note: The Annual fees cover the day-to-day handling of trust affairs, such as: Investment management Payment of bills Collection of income Distribution of income/assets Maintaining Quarterly statements There is a minimum annual fees of $1,500.00 Fees are assessed and pro-rated on a monthly basis. Additional reasonable fees will be charged on an hourly basis for other extraordinary services not presently anticipated *The following fee schedules apply when Fred Schoen Fiduciary Services, Inc. is serving as an individual trustee. An alternate fee schedule is available for services provided when Fred Schoen Fiduciary Services, Inc., serves as a co-trustee. ** This fee schedule reflects the fees Fred Schoen Fiduciary Services, Inc., but does not include the fees for outside investment managers.
