This fee schedule reflects the minimum hourly fees for guardianships with small to modest assets. The hourly fee can vary depending on the complexity of the estate.
All accounts will be charged for costs advanced including photocopying, long distance charges, travel expenses, mileage, filing fees, messenger services, recording fees and the like.
