There is a minimum monthly trust administration fee of $200.00 per month.

All accounts will be charged for costs advanced including photocopying, long distance charges, travel expenses, mileage, filing fees, messenger services, recording fees and the closing costs.

There is a minimum annual fee of $2,400.00 on all trusts.

Fee Schedule may be subject to change. Also note, a retainer and/or closing costs may apply.
